| I was in a unique situation when I was trying to purchase a home in August of 2004. I was attempting to make a great deal on a house but at the same time I was trying to finalize some contracts with a satellite company that I owned. I really did not have much time to handle the details with the purchase of the house so I had to really rely on Thomas. He really had my best interest in mind and did not seem concerned at all how that would effect his commissions. He was constantly on the phone with me on what he was doing with the builder to make 100 percent sure to make the house as perfect as possible and was always giving me options to back out of the deal if I wanted. It seemed he spent a great deal of time on working on my behalf and I doubt very seriously any other agent would risk their commissions by giving me options to back out. It was very impressive that all of his efforts were to help me the buyer and not protecting his own commission. |
