Locating/Renting Forms And Other Documents
Locating/Renting Forms And Other Documents

You will need to use several of these forms while searching for home.  I will provide you with the necessary details for each form as needed.  You should review the Residential Lease Application at the beginning of your search so that you can gather the necessary information prior to applying to rent a home.  The forms are listed in the order that you are most likely going to use them.

Form
Description
Information About Brokerage Services.pdf
The State of Texas requires all real estate agents and brokers to give this information to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.  This form describes whom each agent represents.  Please send me a copy of this form with your signature(s) and date.  I need the signed form to show that you received the form.  You are not agreeing to anything by signing this form.
Tenant Representation Agreement.pdf
The law says that I represent the landlord unless I have a written agreement with the tenant.  I'm sure you want me to work for you and not the landlord - right?  Signing this form makes me your agent and I will work for you.
Renter Questionnaire.pdf
In order to find the right home for you, I need to get some information about you.  The completed form can either be faxed or scanned/emailed to me.  I can also take the information over the phone if you prefer.  I will treat your personal information confidentially as per my privacy policy (see the next form).
Privacy Policy.pdf
My privacy policy.
Residential Lease Application.pdf
Many landlords in Texas use this lease application.  Some landlords may want the Texas Apartment Association application (which I can also provide).  Complete as much as possible on the application.  The landlord may rejected if you if you leave out any necessary information.
Agreement For Application Deposit And Hold On Property.pdf
This form is used if you are giving the landlord an application deposit with the lease application.  The application deposit will become your security deposit when you sign the lease.
Residential Lease Garanty.pdf
You will need a guarantor if your income is lower than the landlord requires (normally about three times the rent).  The guarantor is normally an immediate family member or your employer.
Intermediary Relationship Notice.pdf
We need  this form if the landlord's agent is also a Keller Williams Realty agent.
